Certified Distressed Property Experts® (CDPE): The CDPE shows clients, banks, lenders and peers that a real estate professional has undergone extensive training in the process and tools necessary to handle distressed properties and, when necessary, successfully close short sales
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS): A program through the Council of Residential Specialists for real-estate professionals who complete advanced training in listing and selling and meet certain production requirements.
e-Pro® (e-Pro): A program presented entirely online by the NAR to certify real-estate agents and brokers as "Internet professionals."
Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI): A NAR offers this program which involves 90 hours of course work on topics from marketing listed properties to real-estate law.
